Knowing About Jesus Is Not the Same as Knowing Jesus | My #12minconvos Conversation

I recently had the privilege of joining Engel Jones for Episode 156 of #12minconvos with Jesus Believers—a brief but deeply meaningful conversation about faith, calling, purpose, surrender, and remaining open to the surprises of God.

In this conversation, I reflect on where our calling truly comes from: not simply from our own strength, ambition, or achievements, but from the Divine Source that works through us and flows outward into the lives of others.

We also journey back to some of the experiences that shaped me from childhood and reflect on something I continue to learn throughout life: do not be too quick to draw conclusions about where your journey is taking you.

Keep walking.
Keep listening.
Keep your heart open.

Because God is full of surprises.

My “message in a bottle” to my future self—and perhaps to anyone who needs to hear it today—is simply this:

Keep on the journey. Don’t draw conclusions too early. Remain open to what God may yet reveal.
